Nashville native Jonathan Malcolm Lampley is a writer, professor, and historian. He is the co-author of THE AMAZING, COLOSSAL BOOK OF HORROR TRIVIA (Cumberland House, 1999) and author of WOMEN IN THE HORROR FILMS OF VINCENT PRICE (McFarland, 2011). His most recent project is FAN CULTURE, a collection of academic essays co-edited with Kris Barton (McFarland, 2013). He has written movie reviews for ALL THE RAGE in Nashville and THE PULSE in Chattanooga. Jonathan's article on American History in the Movies appeared in the July/August 2003 issue of AMERICAN SPIRIT. Jonathan holds three degrees from Middle Tennessee State University, including the PhD in English. He teaches English and Film at Dalton State College in Georgia.
