I have been fascinated with old cemeteries since childhood, but never more so than since I purchased property adjacent to one. My family and I now live just 80 feet away from a 185+ year-old cemetery. Since becoming a Find-A-Grave member, back in 2003, I have submitted most of it's burials to the Find A Grave database, as well as many other cemeteries and burials in central Ohio. Unlike some - Who carelessly enter names and dates into the database without any hard proof that the grave actually exists - Any of my entries may be depended upon as fact, and will be backed up by photographic proof, whenever possible. I have a mild interest in genealogy, but I must admit, I get a great deal of satisfaction out of having published works on the internet. Often, I've picked out cemeteries and graves, purely at random, and submitted their names, dates, and photographs.
