I was born in Jacksonville, FL, on October 1, 1943 in St. Vincent's hospital. I grew up and married and raised my family in Buras, Louisiana (below N.O.). I am the mother of 7 children, one of whom has gone on before the rest of us. I am the grandmother of 14 granchildren, one of whom has also gone before the rest of us. My parents were William David and Lolita Bowden Gaskins. My children are as follows: Lauri Smith, Sally Motley, G. Ross Crisp, Jr., W. Frank Crisp, Kate Crisp, Rebecca St. Ann, and Ruth Crisp. My grandchildren are too many to list here. I am now living in Jacksonville again and married to a wonderful man, David L. Dicks for a very short period of time (so far). He also has a wonderful family of whom i'm proud to be a part.
In the end, only kindness matters.
