Bio
An avid genealogy researcher for over 20 years, I currently reside in Bensalem, PA.
Focus of research is Macon County, AL. In 1999, I created a website to capture my findings. This website is now defunct. Thus, in 2012, I created a Facebook page, Rooted in Tuskegee which now have approximately 500 members.
In March 2022, I found my caucasian DNA connection to the Tannehill family through William D Tannehill, a Union Soldier, who had his first born child with my 2nd great grandmother, Charity Padgett. He would later marry and have other children.
My other Caucasian link is to the Beall family of Scotland to the Tannehill family. My favorite is Afrigeneas, who assist researchers with finding their African ancestored roots.
A very special thank you to all those photo volunteers!!!
