Born in Havana, Cuba. Immigrated to the U.S. in 1969, arriving in Miami, FL on April 20th aboard a National Airlines Boeing 727 from Houston, Texas. My mother, sister and I flew to Mexico City, then flew to Monterey where we met folks to get us across the border. Nearly drowned while crossing the Rio Grande, someone held my arm. Got on a Greyhound bus in Falfurrias, Tex. before U.S. Border guards found us in the back of the bus. I remember my mother saying "No speaky english". Off the bus and taken to get fingerprinted and such before they saw our Cuban passports and were notified by Miami that our father was waiting for us. Been living in South Florida ever since. Love collecting RCA Victor radios, phonos, records, ads. I also collect minotaurs and model airplanes. I love old radio shows, vintage TV shows and commercials. Enjoy vintage cars, love music from the roaring 20's to Big Bands, and Top 40. I also love classical music and my idol is the Maestro... Arturo Toscanini. Residing currently in Sunrise, FL.

Son of Genoveva Rosales... she worked long and hard to get my sister and I a proper upbringing after her divorce in 1975. My rock, foundation, and the best mother I could ever had... passed away on March 24th 2005. Mom... I LOVE YOU!~ Hard to believe it's going to be 10 years next March since she passed. I visit her grave and leave fresh flowers whenever I can get down there.

After my mom's death, my sister's true colors emerged, and we no longer speak. She has issues with me being gay... I, on the other hand, had been visited by my mother 3 times, so I am very much at peace with myself... and my life.

Thanks for stopping by and have a terrific and blessed day!

Live long and Prosper!
