I want to start off by saying that if you knew the person in the Find A Grave memorial that I created and I did not know them, or if you are related to them and I'm not, I would be glad to transfer management over to you.I began studying my genealogy in 1995 when my grandfather died, and I didn't know many people at his funeral. I felt out of place, because my grandparents had divorced when my dad was little, and he didn't grow up knowing his father. But Grandpa had become a special person in my life, in his later years, and I went to his funeral out of my love and respect for him. Since his death, I have branched out to study both sides of my family, and I am forever searching for other Lefler's, among other names.I am researching several surnames from my personal tree, including but of course never limited to: LEFLER, PERSINGER, DAILY, SCHELLENGER, COOK, HOLCOMB, HOLCOMBE, KNIFFEN, TYLER, SANDERSON, DAVIS, GOOR, MORAN, LEHN, LONE, KERSTING, ROEBECK, CAMPBELL, HAMMERBERG, HAIR.I have started my own business doing genealogy research for others. Aside from genealogy, I also enjoy singing karaoke, and writing. I am a Unitarian Universalist.
