MACON-Carl Weiss Dohn, 83, passed away Saturday at his residence. Funeral services will be held Monday, at 3:00PM at First Presbyterian Church with the Reverends Chip Miller and John Kinser officiating. Graveside services will be private. The family will greet friends following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to First Presbyterian Church, 682 Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201.

Mr. Dohn was a lifelong resident of Macon and the son of the late Mary Weiss and Philip Henry Dohn. He was the owner of Macon Cabinet Works. Mr. Dohn was a member of first Presbyterian Church, Sommerville Sunday School Class, Masonic Lodge 255 and Bibb County Exchange Club. He also served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Mary Frances Dohn of Macon, three sons; Carl W. (Brenda) Dohn, MD of Woodbine, GA, Henry H. Dohn, MD of Gulf Breeze, FL, and William W.(Carrie) Dohn of Lawrenceville, GA, 10 Grandchildren , 3 Great-grandchildren and 2 nieces.
