Of Montclair Ca. went home to Jesus Monday October 29, 2012; she passed away after a brief illness. Ila was born in Ryan, OK, on October 3, 1932 and was the second oldest of five children born to R.L. & Mary Lee Waters, she is preceded in death by both parents, brother; Lester Waters and sister; Rubye Barnes. She is survived by her husband Roy Carson of 61 yrs., sons Gary (Shelly) Carson, Terry (Virginia) Carson and daughter Connie (Glen) Hosch, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Brother Jay (Pat) Waters, sister Joann (Robert) Parker, sister's in law Peggy (Lester-deceased) Waters, Pat (Ken) Werzek and Mary Carson and lots of nieces, and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held at Draper Mortuary on Thursday Nov.1, 2012 at 10am with burial immediately following at Bellevue Cemetery in Ontario.
