Mr. Hanna was born in Hemingway, a son of the late Franklin Benjamin Preston Hanna and the late Daisy Caroline Morris Hanna. He was a farmer and a Methodist.
Surviving are a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Hanna Rogers of Hemingway; nieces and nephews, Barbara Baxley, Robert Hanna Jr., Myretha Davis, Dale Hanna, Becky Jaynes and Lucinda Hanna, all of Hemingway, and a number of extended nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Hemingway with burial in Poplar Hill Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, at the funeral home.
