Born at Rock Hall, he was the son of Clarence James and Alverta Virginia Godwin Culley.
He was a member of the Methodist Church of Rock Hall and was a retired employee of Walpert Electric Co., of Baltimore.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillian Flook Culley; and four sisters, Mrs. Cecil Davis, Mrs. Elva Jordan, Miss Camela Culley and Mrs. Catherine Davis, all of Baltimore.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Bast Funeral Home in Boonsboro. The Rev. Frank E. Helsel will officiate.
Burial will be in the Boonsboro Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9 p.m.
