Miss Lacey M. Cox, 18, of Palatka, died Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at the Roberts Care center in Palatka following a short illness. The Kissimmee native had lived in Palatka for the past 16 years, coming from Kissimmee.
She is survived by her parents, William Cox of Palatka and Tina Byrd of Interlachen; her fiancé, Robert D. Scott of Palatka; a brother, Russell Cox of Palatka; a sister, Amanda Stevens of Palatka; grandparents, Dorothy Adkins and Irene Cooper, both of Palatka, and Earl J. Bosley Jr. of Interlachen; her great-grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m. Friday, July 30 at Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home of Palatka.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 a/m/ Friday at the Oak Hill West Cemetery in Palatka with the Rev. Barry Beauchamp officiating.
