Argentinian Military General. He was the leader in the Civil War against the dictatorship in Argentina. He lost the use of his right arm in the bataille of Venta y Media. Also he wrote: "I write that i think, that i feel, that i have seen. I'm a man, and therefore, i'm holded to passions and errors."
