Iza LaRue Bean, age 80, of 404 South Pine Street, in Mt. Pleasant (Isabella County), Michigan, died Friday, at Central Michigan Community Hospital.
Born June 15, 1899, in Venango County, Pennsylvania, she was a resident of the area since 1938.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, at 2:00 P.M. at the Stinson-Helms Funeral Home, with the Reverend Mitchell, of the First Baptist Church officiating, and interment will be at Memorial Gardens in Mt. Pleasant (Isabella County), Michigan.
Friends may call the funeral home from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. on Saturday and from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. on Sunday.
She is survived by her husband, Elgin Bean; one son, Richard Bean, of Mt. Pleasant (Isabella County), Michigan; one daughter, Jeanne Powell, of Lesley, Michigan; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
