Mary Lee Kollar Dunlevy went to Heaven
unexpectedly while on vacation on Thursday
October 25, 2012. Born January 14, 1944 in
Millfield, she was the beloved daughter of
the late Andrew and Edna Kennard Kollar. She
was a member of the Jacksonville United
Methodist Church and the Jacksonville Senior
Citizens where her husband, Mac Dunlevy is the
President.
She was the loving wife and best friend of 53
years to Mac Dunlevy, his one and only; a
phenomenal mother to Michael (Kim) Dunlevy of
Brunswick, Mac K. Dunlevy of Brunswick,
Michele (Orville) Cottrill of Medina, and
Melinda Dunlevy of Millfield; a loving
grandmother to Michael Lee Jr. (Shylah),
Joshua (Tiffany), Andrew, Amanda, Derrick,
Alec, Amber, and Autumn; an amazing great
grandmother to Cash, Kameron, Michael Lee III,
Johnathon and Montee; she is also survived by
three brothers, Jim (Marlene) Kollar of
California, Bill (Cheryl) Kollar of Medina,
and John (Mary) Kollar of Litchfield; and two
sisters, Jo Ann (Ellis) Caudill of Florida and
Helen (Rodney) Sawyer of Norwalk.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death
by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ivyl
and Freda Dunlevy.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on
Thursday November 1, 2012 at the Bishopville
Church of Christ, 6525 S. State Route 78,
Glouster, Ohio 45732 with Rick Seiter
officiating. Interment will be in the Hilltop
Cemetery, Millfield. Friends may call at the
church on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. and on
Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. Contributions can
be made to the Jacksonville Senior Citizens.
