The family requests that visitation be observed at Hixson Brothers, Alexandria from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, October 29, 2012 then resume on Tuesday at the Bolton Chapel of Emmanuel Baptist Church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Albright, 89, of Alexandria passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Riverside Hospital of Louisiana after a long illness.
Bera Bringol Albright was born, September 27, 1923 in Effie, Louisiana.
She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church since 1947 and was a member of the sanctuary choir and Heritage Singers. She served as a secretary of her Sunday School Class and was a devoted Christian Women. During her working career she was employed at Brown Roberts and retired from Clark Dunbar. For seventeen years she volunteered at Rapides Regional as a Pink Lady
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivery Bringol and Lota Dauzat Bringol; brother, Vernon Ivery Bringol and infant brother, Auburn Bringol, nephew, Ron Bringol; her husbands, James I. Beaubouef and Charles B. Albright.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Darell W. Albright and wife, Cathy, John "Bud" Albright and wife, Ellene; daughter, Pam A. Bordelon and husband, Ted; step-daughter, Cynthia Bradford and husband, Terry; sister-in-law, Gladys Stephens; seven grandchildren, one step grandchild and eight great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Robert Hebert, Thomas Hebert, Ted Bordelon, Blake Albright.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Riverside Hospital for their care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Music Ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Church, 430Jackson Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301.
