Collin De La Mare
The friends of Collin De La Mare were pained to hear, ?????? afternoon he crossed the dark river of death. Mr. De La Mare had been confined to his bed for about three weeks with typhoid pneumonia, and although he suffered intensely, he seemed confident to the last that he would be all right in a few days. But the good God who made him decreed otherwise, and has taken him home. We bow our heads to the Divine Decree.
The funeral was held at 1 o'clock, with services at the meeting house. Maroni England and John A. Bevan made some very appropriate remarks, after which interment took place in the Tooele Cemetery. The large attendance and numerous floral offerings showed but too plainly the high esteem in which our deceased brother was held.
Collin De La Mare was born and raised in Tooele and would have been 24 years of age in January. He was a son of Philip and Janette De La Mare. He is survived by his wife and one child.
