Young Woman Dies in Ardmore
Funeral services for Miss Hazel Rennie, 24, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Abbott Rennie of Pauls Valley, who died in a local hospital Tuesday afernoon, were to be conducted at the First Presbysterian Church with Rev. Long conducting the services, directed by Harvey Bros. Miss Rennie, who with her sister, Miss Anna Beth Rennie, taught in junior high school here two years ago, underwent an operation for appendicitis two weeks ago. Complications set in which resulted in her death. Besides her parents, Miss Rennie is survived by three brother, Abbott Rennie jr. of Graham, Texas, D.A. Rennie and Fred Rennie of Pauls Valley; three sisters, Miss Anna Beth Rennie, of Fairbanks, Alaska, Miss Florence Rennie and Miss Edith Rennie, both of Pauls Valley; her grandmother Mrs. A. S. Matthews of Ardmore, uncles, Sam Matthews and T.B. Matthews of Ardmore and an aunt Mrs. Mable Broderson of Ardmore. All members of the family attended the funeral except Miss Anna Beth Rennie who is teaching at Fairbanks,
Alaska.
