Mrs. C. Heath Died
At Her Home Here
Thursday Morning
Mrs. Callie Heath died at her home here last Thursday morning following a lingering illness. Mrs. Heath was the wife of the late G.L. Heath and has been connected with the business interest of Homer for a number of years. She was a lifelong member of the Baptist church and died in the abiding faith of that denomination.
Funeral services were held at 3:00 o'clock Friday afternoon from the Baptist church with the pastor, Rev. V.L. McKee, officiating. Interment was in the Arlington cemetery.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. O.E. Hill, of Little Rock, Ark., and two sons, Dr. A.G. Heath, of Shreveport, and L.E. Heath, of Homer, and one brother, Mr. A. Kinnebrew, of Homer.
The Guardian-Journal joins a host of friends in extending sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
