Jessie was the wife of Joseph Ford II, they were married June 28 1887. They were 1st cousins once removed. Angus Macdonald, Jessie's grandfather was half-brother to Isabella Smith Ford, Joseph Ford II's mother. Therefore their great-grandmother and grandmother were the same person- Jean Grey Macdonald Smith. Jessie and Joseph II had 8 children; 5 sons- Joseph Eyre, William, Eric, Thomas B.B., and Graeme; 3 daughters- Katherine, Mary, and Margaret.
