Services for Anthony Edward Denhart, 84, Homer were held May 25 at the Freese Funeral Home in St. Joseph. Rev. Raymond Gordon officiated and burial was in GAR Cemetery, Homer. Mr. Denhart died May 22 at Burnham Hospital. He had been in ill health several years. Born Nov. 11, 1885, near Ogden, he was the son of George and Anna Seessengood Denhart. He married Della Sadler of Ogden Feb. 21, 1911, and she preceded him in death. They had farmed in the Odgen area until 1946 when they moved to Homer. He was a member of the United Methodist Church. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Helen Norman, Fullerton, Calif., a son Ralph of Redonda Beach, Calif.; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; 2 sisters, Mrs. Kate Hahn and Mrs. Mamie Richardson, both of Ogden and a brother, Elmer of Lebanon, Ind.
