WESTERNPORT - Frank G. Ravenscroft, 59 of Cemetery Road Extended, died yesterday at his home. He had been bedfast 12 weeks.
Born in Westernport, Mr. Ravenscroft has operated a dairy farm for 33 years. His parents were the late Gibson A. and Cora A. (Ward) Ravenscroft. He was a member of Christ Memorial Baptist Church.
Surviving are his widow Mrs. Agnes (Riley) Ravenscroft; four daughters Betty, Lois and Helen, at home, and Mrs. Phyllis Miller, Westernport, a son Frank J. Ravenscroft; also of here; three brothers, Arthur, McCoole Road, Carl, Albion, Ind. and Harry Ravenscroft. Westernport, a sister,Mrs. Mary Robinson, Cumberland, and six grandchildren.
The body is at the Boal Funeral Home. Services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home by Rev. Henry G. Laube, pastor of First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Philos Cemetery.
