Mr. Schnell was born Nov. 2, 1919, in St. Nazianz, a son of the late Frank and Theresa Holzer Schnell.
He attended St. Gregory Catholic School at St. Nazianz.
Mr. Schnell worked for the Sheboygan Foundry.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Helen Reinemann of Sheboygan and two brothers, George of R. 1, Sheboygan, and Clarence, R. 2, Sheboygan.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, the Rev. Reginald Schrimpf, pastor of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill, officiating. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Sunday and until the time of services on Monday.
A service of the wake will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
