Mrs. Frank Mallmann Passes Away At Hospital On Monday
Mrs. Frank Mallmann, 32, who resided at 1828 Bell avenue, passed away of
pneumonia at St. Nicholas hospital, Monday at 6 p.m., after an illness of
about seven weeks.
Mrs. Mallmann, nee Clara Miller, was born at School Hill Sept. 26, 1904, the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Miller, and on June 24, 1924 was united in
marriage to Frank Mallmann at School Hill. Mrs. Mallmann was a faithful member
of St. Dominic’s church and of its St. Ann’s Altar and Mother society. She had
a host of friends here and at School Hill who mourn her early death.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Mallmann is survived by four children (names omitted
for privacy); her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Miller of School Hill; three
brothers, Joseph of Sheboygan, Arthur of Athens, Wis., and Frank of Kohler and
three sisters, Mrs. William Scharenbrock of School Hill, Mrs. R. F. Murphy of
California and Miss Rose Mallmann of Sheboygan. A son, Roman, died in infancy.
The body is at the Gerend Mortuary where it can be viewed by relatives and
friends from 7 o’clock this evening until Wednesday morning when it will be
taken to the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Miller at School Hill
where funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a requiem
mass at Holy Trinity church there at 10 a.m. Interment will be made on the
Mallmann lot in School Hill cemetery.
