Mr. Binversie was born September 4, 1894 at School Hill, son of the late William and Regina Schuler Binversie. He attended School Hill schools. He married the former Catherine Koenig on September 11, 1917 at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Town of Meeme.
After marriage the couple farmed in the Town of Meeme. She preceded him in death in 1978. After that Mr. Binversie resided in the Town of Meeme until 1985 when he moved to Sheboygan by a son, Dominic. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill and its Holy Name Society.
Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. Myra Hanneman of West Allis, Mrs. Pius (Monica) Reinboldt, Mrs. Frank (Agnes) Wiltzius, Mrs. Walter (Patricia) Scharrer
and Mrs. John (Cecelia) Smolic of Sheboygan, Mrs. Elmer (Joan) Nilges of Kansas City, Kansas and Mrs. Kenneth (Elizabeth) Biese of rural New Holstein; six sons,
Alfred of Kiel, Rev. Bernard of St. Nazianz, Arthur of rural Sheboygan, Theodore of Sheboygan, Leander of Wheeling, Illinois and Dominic of Sheboygan; 61
grandchildren; 67 great grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Angeline Koenig, Mrs. Helen Kirsch, Mrs. Kathryn Steffen and Miss Clara Binversie of School Hill. He was preceded in death by four brothers, six sisters and three grandchildren.
