Mrs. David B. Burbank died at her home in Tomales last week Wednesday. Her illness, la grippe, was very short, and her husband was prostrated at the time with the same complaint. Mrs. Burbank was usually well the Sunday before her death, which occurred on Wednesday. A friend of the deceased say: "She and her husband were friends. They were as tender and considerate of each other every day and always as if they had been but just married. I don't see what her poor husband will do without her. And then she was so lovely and usueful in the social life of the place. Her's was a ready hand for every philanthropy, and indeed she was a leader in all good works."
