"Tombo" was the Big Guy known by all for his Big Laugh, his Big Handshakes, his Big Hugs, but mostly for his Big, Big Heart, which gave out and took his life Sunday evening Oct. 21, 2012, in Elk Hunting Camp near John Day, Ore.
He was preceded in death by his parents Milton and June Richter.
Survivors include his two brothers David Richter of Keno and Terry Richter of Coquille, Ore.; his sister-in-law Sunne Richter of St. Helens, Ore.; his nephew Jobe Richter of Denver, Colo.; his aunt Doris Semon of Coos Bay, Ore.; and of course all of us who loved him,
He will be missed in a Very Big Way.
A celebration in honor of Tombo's life will be on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the George and Mary Martin home on Bear Valley Drive in Keno will be a potluck..
