Moscoe Stubblefield, age 75, of Route 2, Bean Station, passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2000 at East Tennessee Baptist Hospital after a lingering illness. He was a member of Adriel Baptist Church, an employee of Jabo's All Wood Products and was a veteran of World War II U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Carl and Henrietta Stubblefield; two sisters and one brother. Survivors include: his wife of 53 years, Melba Stubblefield; daughter, Helen Jenkins; sister Kate Stubblefield, all of Bean Station; several special nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Stubblefield Funeral Home in Morristown with Revs. Kenny Boling, Bill Carroll, Ed Crews and John Oliver officiating. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service. Graveside services at 11 a.m. Thursday at Noeton Church Cemetery. Arrangements by Stubblefield Funeral Home in Morristown.
