Laurie Ann Holt, 18, of Route 2, Brookneal, died Monday morning, Sept 23, 1996.
She was born Oct 5, 1977 in Lynchburg, the daughter of Edwin C. and Patricia Thomas Holt of Brookneal. She attended Roanoke Presbyterian Church and was a student at Southside Virginia Community College.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three brothers, Christopher Holt, Rice Holt, and Tyler Holt, all of Brookneal; her maternal grandparents, Garland and Betty Thomas of Charlotte Court House; her paternal grandmother, Nell Holt of Reidsville, N.C.; and her maternal great-grandmother, Grace T. Butler of Doswell.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Tucker Holt, and her paternal grandfather, Henry Rice Holt, Sr.
Funeral Services will be conducted 3 pm Wednesday at Roanoke Presbyterian Church with burial in the church cemetery.
