Daily Democrat, Clinton MO, Apr 26 2004 - Julia M. Chaney was born June 11, 1916, in Osceola, daughter of Edmund and Myrtle Birdwell Frala. She died April 9, 2004, at Foxwood Springs Living Center, Raymore. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Deepwater. She married Ervin Chaney and he preceded her in death August 25, 1984. She had worked at Golden Valley Hospital as a nurse's aide and ward clerk. Her parents, four brothers and one sister also preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, Chris Chaney and wife, Janet, Overland Park, Kansas; one daughter, Carleda Williams and husband John, Oak Grove; five grandchildren, Andra Williams and husband Joshua Broadway, Jennifer Williams, Craig Chaney, Candace Chaney, Clark Chaney, and one sister, Lucille Frala, North Kansas City. Funeral services were held April 14, at Consalus-Bradley Chapel. Burial was in Montrose Cemetery.
