Services for Benny Hiram "Ben" Davis will be Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Matthews and Rev. Taylor Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be taken to the church at 10:00 a.m. for visitation. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Davis, 77, of Quitman, Mississippi died Sunday, October 20, 2012 at his residence. He was a member and deacon of Pine Grove Baptist Church. He was an avid cattle farmer and was a member of Clarke County Cattleman's Association.
He is survived by his wife , Frankie Davis; son, Blake Davis; daughters, Melanie Goodwin and husband, Greg and Michelle Davis and sisters, Mavis Banks, Dot Smith and husband, L. C. and Maxine Thead and husband, Bobby.
