Roxie Jewell was born August, 6, 1908, in Phelps County, the daughter of Everette and Naomi (Glascock) Sapp, both born in Boone County.
Arrangements were under the care of Ed Herndon Furniture Company in Fulton. Burial was in the New Hope Church Cemetery.
