John is survived by his brother Frank Souza Bento, Frank's two sons, Frank Bento Jr. of Visalia and Rodney Bento of Lemoore, Two half brothers, Richard and Joey Bento, and two half sisters, Pauline Moore and Louise Johnson, as well as numerrous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Maria and Manuel Bento, his brother Manuel Bento and his beloved wife Alice Marie Miguel-Bento, and Stepmother Mary Candida Correia-Bento-Box.
