SR. LEONETTE WAHL
Sister Mary Leonette, 57, former Xray technician at Good Samaritan Hospital was a native of Woodsfield, died Monday at the Holy Family Convent in Manitowoc, Wis., where she had been the past two years. She left Zanesville a few years ago for West Point, Nebraska and had been ill for some time.
Sister Leonette was born in Woodsfield, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wahl. She entered the Franciscan Convent in 1917. She attended parochial schools in Woodsfield before becoming associated with the hospital at Zanesville and taught school at Cambridge. She leaves her mother of Cuyahoga Falls; three sisters, Mrs. Joseph Bender, also of Cuyahoga Falls, Mrs. Eloise Donahue of Akron and Mrs. Angela Cheslock of Stow; a brother, Francis Wahl of Cuyahoga Falls; an aunt, Miss Agnes Wahl of Zanesville and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services and burial will be in Manitowoc.
