Mrs. LYDAH OTTO BUTERBAUGH, formerly of Sharpsburg, died at the Presbyterian Hospital, Newark, NJ, early yesterday morning, aged 42 years, according to word received in this county by relatives.

Mrs. Buterbaugh had resided in Newark for several years where she was a member of the clerical staff of the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey. She was born in Sharpsburg. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by one son, Ronald, and granddaughter, Ruth Odelle, both of Newark; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin P. Otto, Sharpsburg; sister, Mrs. Houston E. Carnahan, Sharpsburg; brothers, J. Lester Otto, Hagerstown, and Ronald Otto, Sharpsburg.

Funeral services were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F.B. Otto, Sharpsburg; interment was in Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
