Carrie Viola Cunningham, 94, of 629 Guilford Ave., died at Washington County Hospital on Thursday.
Born at Leitersburg, she was a daughter of Isiah and Harriett Ellen Rodenizner Showe, and the widow of Robert Thomas Cunningham. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church; and Willing Worker's Sunday School class.She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edith F. McAbee of Hagerstown; and six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
Services will be held at the Bast Funeral Home in Boonsboro Monday at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. A. Bernard Coates will officiate; burial will be in Boonsboro Cemetery.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 7 to 9.
