OBIT. - Nadine Leathers, 56, of Macon died at her home on Wednesday, July 29, 1987.
She was born in Harrisburg, Ill. on June 15, 1931, the daughter of Ray and Sylvia Belford Joiner. She married Bobby G. Leathers on Nov. 3, 1952 at Hardy, Arkansas. They moved to Macon shortly after their marriage. She worked as an assembly worker at Toastmaster's in Macon.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Sylvia Biggs of Harrisburg, Ill.; three sons and their families, Danny, Rosina and Chris Leathers of Macon, Larry, Susan and Lisa Leathers of Macon and Gary, Denise and Jessica Leathers, all of Macon.
Mrs. leathers was preceded in death by her father, husband and one son, Jerry.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon with burial in the Hebron Cemetery at Kaseyville. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
