Finding of Coroner's Jury at inquest held Monday is Suicide Verdict.
A verdict of suicide was given by the corner's jury at the inquest over the death of Lawrence Retzer, 55, of Port Washington, who was found dead of a bullet hole in his temple in his home Sunday evening, May 10.
Dr. El.L. Tharinger, pathologist, testified that the bullet was fired with the gun close to his head and powder burns indicated it was self inflicted.
The inquest was conducted by Dr. P. B. Blanchard of this city, county coroner, and the jurors were C.E. Hoffmann, Dr. P.F. Leahy, F.L. Hoffmann, Emil Biever and Lester Smith of Port Washington and Dr. Marvin A. Jochimsen of Grafton.
