The Sad Death of James M. Gollaher, Jr.
James M. Gollaher, Jr. of this city died very suddenly last Sunday afternoon at the home of his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. James Gollaher.

His death caused quite a shock to the people of this city, but a few knew of his sickness until they heard of his passing away. He was working at the Ben Harrison Mill and was taken so sick with pneumonia on Tuesday evening that he had to be brought home. From then the sickness grew upon him until Sunday afternoon when he past away to the sorrow of his family and all you know him.

Funeral services were held at the ward meeting house on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock presided over by Bishop Silas O. Orme. The ward choir sang Some beautiful funeral hymns and______, and the opening prayer was offered by Patriarch Philip De La Mare.

Consoling and encouraging remarks were made by Bishop Orme and President H. S. Gowans, the closing prayer was offered by Elder Peter Nelson.

The interment was at the Tooele Cemetery.
