Mary Elizabeth Stock-Richter-Loeffert's (b 1880) is my great grand aunt. Mary was the youngest of seven children of George and Anna Stock of Springhill or Northside (Pittsburgh), Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
The US Census records and Stock Family Bible say she was born October 18, 1880. In childhood, Caroline lived with her family at 45 High Street, North Side (Pittsburgh), PA; formerly known as Allegheny City.
Mary was married twice. In 1899, she first married Otto Paul Richter (b 1878, d 1909). They had five children including Emma Anna (b 1900), Viola Elizabeth (b 1902), Charles E. (b 1904), Mildred "Adah" and Caroline (b 1906). She was widowed around 1909. Her family lived at 32 Burrow Street, Reserve Township, District 479, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Otto was a butcher. He died in 1909 and is buried at Mount Royal Cemetery in Glenshaw, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

They had six children including Margaret (b 1911), Hazel (b 1912), Roy Charles (b 1914, d 2001), Vera May (b 1915), Mary Margaret (b 1917) and John Edward (b 1920).
