Jean Windham Bosso, age 81, of Pensacola, Fl, died Monday, August 20, 2001 at a local hospital.
A native of Mobile, Al, Jean had resided in Pensacola since 1935. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and attended St. Michael's Catholic School. She was past president of Saint Michael's School PTA and a member of the National Council of Catholic Women and a member of the Mother Seton
Guild at Sacred Heart Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Clark Bosso, Jr.
Jean is survived by her sons, Jim (Jessie) Bosso of Pensacola Beach, FL, Ken (Patsy) Bosso of Baton Rouge La; grandchildren, Deborah Hodge, Richmond,
VA, Laura Bort, Virginia Beach VA, Kenneth Bosso, Jr. Baton Rouge, LA, Susan Edmondson, Bloomington, IL, five great grandchildren, Danny Hodge, Alex, Katie, and Anna Edmondson and Benjamin Bort,
The mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 23, 2001 at St. Michael's Catholic Church
Burial we be Holy Cross Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel Wednesday evnning August 22, 2001 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The rosary will be prayed at 6:30 p.m.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Ziemba and Roger Orth for the excellent care shown to Mrs. Bosso and to the Staff at the Haven of our Lady of Peace for their compassion and love shown to Mrs. Bosso.
Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel is in Charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Shaw, Tommy, and David Bosso, Kenny Bosso, Jr., Billy Simmons, and Bernie Foss.
