Ryan Grant Weeks, 26, of Page passed away Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008 in Torrington, Wyo. Ryan was born at Page Hospital on April 27, 1982.
He attended schools in Page and later Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. He graduated from NAU in May 2008 with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science.
Ryan is survived by his parents Edward and Threasa Weeks of Page, brothers Adam (Noreen) of Page and Jason, grandmothers Nola Weeks of Page and Juanita Vargas of Ely, Nevada, nieces Shandiin and Nizhoni, nephew Nataanii, uncle Ernest Vargas Jr., aunts Edith Maley, Linda Vargas and Merida Armijo all of Ely, and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Ernest N. Vargas and E. Grant Weeks.
A celebration of Ryan's life was held at St. David's Episcopal Church in Page on Sept. 2, 2008. Burial was in Page City Cemetery.
