Born about 1830. Died 30 May 1890 according to the Pension application filed by his wife. Wife Sarah is listed as a widow in the 1900 census and she was living with her oldest son Aaron. In her pension App, she indicated Seaborn served in Co. I, 21st Regiment. Records to support this cannot be found but The Confederate service shows that he served in the Company E, 36th Regiment of the Alabama Infantry. -- M.H.

At age 36, Seaborn was medically discharged from the Confederate Army (36 Alabama Volunteer Infantry Regiment, Company E). Discharged 15 May 1863 in Mobile, Alabama, age 36, 5'7" tall, dark complexion, grey eyes, black hair.

He enlisted on 10 April 1861. His occupation prior to enlistment was a Cooper. He was discharged from the Mobile Hospital where he had been for six months. Reason for discharge was a severe problem to the knee joint resulting from an operation.

Known Children: 1870 Federal Census Baldwin County, Alabama. He was age 40 and Sarah E was 30 y.o. William age 12 born in Texas (1858 they were in Texas)
