Jeffrey Carl Woodard , age 17 of Maryville, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999 at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and a senior at Maryville High School. Preceded in death by his aunt, Linda Britton Melton and cousin, Jimmy Brian Melton.
