Mary Jane McDaniel, age 73 of McLoud, Oklahoma, died Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at her home. Services will be Monday, October 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, McLoud with Rev. Charles King officiating. Burial will follow in the Dale Cemetery.
Mrs. McDaniel was born March 25, 1939 in McLoud, Oklahoma to Ed and Imogene Loman. She was a graduate of McLoud High School.
She married Marland McDaniel on December 29, 1956. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, fishing and entertaining friends. She was a homemaker, and a retired secretary at McLoud High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Imogene Loman. She is survived by her husband, Marland McDaniel of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jodie and Karin McDaniel of Edmond and Tony and Paula McDaniel of McLoud; grandchildren and their spouses, Malissa and Cliff Logue of Toney, Alabama, Brent and Jenny McDaniel of McLoud, Brad McDaniel of Oklahoma City, Kevin and Susan Morgan of Harrah, Jeremy and Brandy Morgan of McLoud, Tara McDaniel of Norman, Sara McDaniel of Edmond, Liza McDaniel of Shawnee and Emma McDaniel of Norman; seven great-grandchildren, Easton, Braydon, Bryce, Connor, Riley, Jaxson, Madisyn and Gavin; sister Shirley Stevens of McLoud; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
