Actress. A Czech-born ice-skater turned actress, she met and insulted Adolph Hitler in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, after she had won a silver medal for figure skating in 1936 Olympics. In Hollywood she appeared in 26 B-movies between 1941 and 1958. Her credits include "The Lady and the Monster," "The Fighting Kentuckian," "I, Jane Doe" and "The Man Who Died Twice."
