She was a daughter of the late John and Jane Baker Lingg.
Mrs. Lowe was a graduate of the Emmitsburg High School. She was a homemaker and a communicant of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Emmitsburg and a member of the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit L. Lowe, who died in 1996 and by two brothers, Edward Lingg and Paul Lingg, and three sisters, Helen Randolph, Edna Bream, and Theresa Lingg. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda E. Humerick of Millers, MD and Jill Hooper of Thurmont, MD; two granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Rita Stahley of Emmitsburg, MD, Dorin Morgret of New Oxford, and Ruth Heiser of Hanover, and one brother, Raymond Lingg of Emmitsburg, MD.
