From info in the Jacksonville Journal dated 09/17/1932 it is indicated that William Rhoden was born in Lowndes County, GA and moved to Glen St. Mary, Florida as a young man. He is survived by two daughters: Mrs Rodila Myer of Miami, FL and Mrs Missouri Johns of Glen St. Mary, FL; four sons, N.G. Rhoden of Jacksonville, FL, H.D. Rhoden of Glen St. Mary, FL, E.R. and E.L. Rhoden, both of Macclenny, FL., one sister, Mrs Beanie Stone of Sanderson, FL and a brother, T.R. Rhoden of Olustee, FL.
