William Lewis Owen suffered from Muscular Dystrophy. He only walked a short time in his early years. In spite of his illness he was a cheerful child and loved dearly by his family. William Lewis Owen was buried next to his father George Ellis Owen. The family could not afford a grave marker at the time so the site remains unmarked to this day.
