Jerry Coffee, a loving husband, father and friend, went to be with his Lord on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, after his long battle with cancer. Service: Noon Thursday in the chapel of Forest Ridge Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Jerry was born May 28, 1947, in Fort Worth. Survivors: His beloved wife, Cathy; stepdaughter, Ashley and husband, Chris Southerland; stepson, Dustin Dean and wife, Natalia; and granddaughter, Kaylee Dean.
