Obituary-
On October 5, 1974 at his residence Alison Froom, aged 80 years, years beloved husband of Mildred, of Dominion City.
Al Froom was an elder of the Dominion City United Church, where he also served as secretary-treasurer for many years. He was a First World War Veteran and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He also was an active member of the Masonic Lodge, Penza No.120 G.R.M. He also serves as secretary- treasurer of the Dominion City Consolidated School District No. 45 for a number of years and had been a board member of the Morris Hospital District since its inception.
Besides his wife, Mildred, Alison Froom is surviving by two daughters, Mrs. Roy Pickell of Port Hardy, B.C. and Mrs. Ronald Mustard of Yorkton, Sask. ; two sons Gary of Victoria, B.C. and Donald of Kelowna, B.C.; three sisters, Annie of Calgary, Alta. , Charlotte of London, Ont. , Eleanor of Winnipeg, Mb. ; two brothers, Leonard of Swan River, Mb. and Ed of Kelowna, B.C.
